I trained back today. Without a doubt its my favorite body part to train. I was that girl who covered up my upper body because it was never strong, it always looked soft. Someone told me once that I would never develop my upper body due to genetics and I should be okay with that. Never say never to this girl!! That did it, and within a year I had developed a strong and fit upper body. Your body is amazing and can change if you do the work! Whats your favorite body part to train, and why?
