I try not to assume with my audience here. To many here, this is obvious. Weston A. Price followers, Paleo, etc., get this. But it is not where things are at in the mainstream - our cultural norms - yet. Those same scientists and universities and health organizations take a good long time to come off their high horses and shift direction (and pretend they knew it all along too but nevermind) When I see it on the Wall Street Journal (conservative end of the spectrum) AND the progressive/liberal end of the spectrum (NPR), wow, we are in for culture change, and that is good. Now how soon before grassfed is what we all eat? How soon for raw grassfed milk to be what we demand? I hope I read about it soon.
