I want to give a shout out to the old lady on the Miami beach board walk for my extra sweaty run this morning. Picture this: Scott and I are running along at a decent pace when off in the distance we see a lady. Naturally she becomes our rabbit and we have to catch her. Usually this is not a problem for us. Well we met our match. We increase our pace but seam to be making very little headway, so we increase more. Slowly over the next mile we start getting close to her, then I notice her gray hair, and aged skin, and then I notice her toe shoes. At this point I just cant slow down, so we pick up the pace again and finally pass her. Well we turn around at the end of the board walk and she is still right with us, but I think she decided she wanted back in front of us. So naturally I said challenge excepted and the speed was on. I was not going to let this women crush me in a little game of rabbit runner. After about another half mile or so I think she finally stopped but man that old lady killed me this morning. So my hats off to you elderly lady in toe shoes that made me grind my legs off this morning... Well played!!!
