I want to let all my friends know that I have really humbled myself by beginning a health & weight-loss class, & posting it on you-tube. I have put it on the line this time, a commitment to lose 100 lbs this year & to lead the way in showing the body of Christ that it can be done. I will lead not only in teaching, but by way of example. We posted our first class now. It is a lot of information on the dangers of obesity, how & why we got this way, & listing some of the things we will be covering in this class. We are going to approach it from the 3-part being that we are: spirit, soul, & body. We will cover the practical, emotional, and the spiritual implications. We will encourage 1 another, pray for each other, & give testimonies to how we are doing. I want to encourage you to join us in person or on-line every week. These will be posted on you tube and face book. You can go directly there, or through debbierichministries.org and then to media, which will take you to you tube.
