I want to share a prayer from my Cavetime daily devotion by Jeff Voth... May the Lord bless you & lead you today. May He enable you to hear His voice above the sounds of our culture. May He cover you & protect you & protect from those things that you cannot see & those forces of which you are unaware. May he nourish your heart & your soul as His Holy Spirit prays through the vessel of your body. AND MY JESUS BE THE VERY FOCAL POINT OF YOUR EXISTENCE. AMEN. JV I will instruct you & teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you. - Psalm 32:8 So many sounds & voices flood our minds... pray John 15:1-8 over yourself & those you are responsible for. vs. 2 reads, He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every branch that does bear fruit he prunes so that it will be even more fruitful. Only valuable things get pruned... what good is it to prune weeds that bare no fruit? He never takes anything away without replacing it with something magnificent!
