I want to stop and thank a few people for their work at our church. I appreciate James and Cheryl Sparks for their dedication in upkeep of the church and cemetery. They are tremendous at what they do. I appreciate Tony Knight and Libby as well for the clerks work and church letter. I have never seen a clerk keep up with the historical aspect if the Church like He does. I appreciate Rusty and Sherry Padgett for all of their work with our youth. It is a hard and often thankless job but they do it well and genuinely care about our youth at east union. I appreciate Roy Smith and his main partner Frankie Sparks in doing so much work as trustees. Things dont get done without these people. I also thank Donnie Smith for his oversight of Sunday School. They are essential to our church and I really want to thank them publicly. It takes a special soul to work in these capacities. The great thing is we have a church full of people that are willing to do whatever they can to help. I appreciate the ones who do all the little things. You may not be seen of men, but God sees and He will bless your efforts. Amen. I also thank all the sisters who cook. Especially them. Amen.
