I want to take a minute & personally invite everyone I know and everyone I dont know to become involved with relay for life. (I know I post just about every day and most of you have stopped reading posts about relay) Everyone has their personal stories with cancer, almost everyone knows my Mom passed away almost 4 years ago to breast cancer and thats why I relay. Cancer has also touched my other family members, some have survived and others have not. Thats why I relay. The American cancer society has given more than 3.9 BILLION DOLLARS to cancer research. They have also paid 26 MILLION DOLLARS in lodging costs to cancer patients JUST IN 2012, who have needed to stay at Hopes Lodge. Thats why I relay. The Relay for Life of Cass County is needing more community to become involved. You can become involved by joining a team, starting your own team or joining our committee. I will answer any questions you have. Please take a step forward and help fund cancer research, education, advocacy, services for patients and much more!
