I was at gym this arvo and was powering thru my workout feeling pretty good that I was healthy and relatively fit (working my way back to being a hotty before I turn 60 ) when a young man I know from the gym whom I hadnt seen for sometime walked in....24 years old and the last time Id seen him was buff and gorgous...The shock was he was as thin as a rake and looked very ill....apparently out of the blue he began getting appendicitis pain and discovered he had bowel cancer and he had just come thru weeks of chemo and surgery ....another mate from my gym a few weeks ago had surgery on cancer of the kidney ...45 years old a wife & 3 children up till the diagnosis healthy and buff....Another mate of mine has been diagnosed with a blood clot on the brain and a possible virus that has caused neural problems causing vision problems....One more mate passed away two weeks ago from prostate cancer .....i mentioned how there seemed to be a negative energy around a while ago.....Cobba and I both had our own health scares recently but thankfully we both came thru that with clear bill of health.....my point ???? our lives can change in a blink whether it be health or financial, personal or whatever....resolve to live ur life and make it as happy and stress free from other people external influences and outside stress as possible .....There will always be someone or something that will try to impose there misery on u ....DONT GIVE THEM ANY FOOTHOLD have a wonderful life folks.
