I was giving a talk to some grade school kids and a few of the boys would like real developer feedback on their game idea. Comments welcome - but please keep it age appropriate (10 year olds and under will be reading it) OK here is what they came up with: We have a cool video game idea for 10-year-old boys. It is called EXTREME WRESTLING. PURPOSE OF THE GAME: The point of the game is to win the EXTREME WRESTLING CHAMPIONSHIP. SETTING: Players should be able to design their own arena and a backstage arena like were you go to the hallways! Players should be able to choose where in the world to wrestle like in India, Brazil, or Norway. CHARACTERS: Players can make a character of their choice or choose from the list of superstars like Stone Cold, John Cena, and The Undertaker. There should be no referees to do anything. Be sure to include a CEO\president of company whose job is to run the wrestling matches. RULES FOR PLAYING: Players would be allowed to drive motorcycles to the ring for their entrance. Every match is no DQ [disqualification] that means all moves and actions are legal. Players should also be allowed to go out of the ring to wrestle, which means you can fight in the crowd. Players can get a soda backstage and throw it in the fans face. Players can pin their opponent, the falls count anywhere. There should be items under the ring like a metal pole, a frying pan, or a whip for wrestlers to use. If this game sounds cool to you, we would be proud to have you use our idea for your next game.
