I was on my way to work this morning and drove by this man who, when I approached him, he started stumbling around and then fell out into the road. I drove by him and called the police. I told them I would go back to check and make sure he wasnt laying in the road unconscious but I would not approach him because I didnt know if it was real or fake. When I went back he was walking down the road with his thumb out. When he saw me he tried to wave me down. So just in case the cops didnt pick him up, be aware if you are driving in the Mt. Tabor/Sandhill area.
