I was set to lie about my age on every birthday for the rest of my life; then had a moment of real clarity. How lucky am I to have survived 31 years on this planet without getting hit by a bus?? A meteor? Electrocuted!? Choked on a bagel?! Every year I am given is a gift. Every year that Im alive and able to spend with my family is a blessing. A shift in perspective has done wonders for my heart. This year and every year I will celebrate my anniversary of life with enthusiasm and gratitude. I survived 31 years on this earth and I hope to celebrate at least 31 more! Today is a great day!! 🙏
