I was trying to decide what I could give of value since Justin Clark , Kai Lo and Ashley Hendricks have the FB thing cornered. Im going to teach you how to build a simple funnel. Half of my sign ups in my primary business have come via email follow up. I dont send directly to the capture pages provided by my company because I get more opt ins using one I built myself. Also, my primary company has a great follow up system, but I need a way to personally communicate with my leads without using gmail or whatever. Total time saver.. That way, there are more people to follow up with. Also, I send them to my companys opt in page afterwards and the opt in rate is almost 50% ( which is good ) . There is actually psychology involved. Provide a simple choice like only inputting an email and then the person is more likely to do something more involved like put in name/phone number afterwards. Funnel - A process you drive people through where many people go in the front end and the smaller group of more serious / take action people come out of the back end. Tire kickers will unsubscribe and people who maybe arent just interested in your primary business but like your message will remain and you can sell them something else ( like FB training LOL ). Everyone I market to remains on an email list and it is easier for me to send a message to all of them at once about hangouts, special events, or successes happening on my team ( which encourages them to want to be a part of it ) Here is the what you will need for the simple funnel. Even the leads you generate on FB can be put into your simple funnel. 1. An inviting lead capture page. Example: clixtrac/goto/?169688 2. An autoresponder - Has pre-written emails that go to the people that give your their email and/or name. 3. Traffic source - Can be FB, solo ads, pay per click advertising, other sources ( I will explain each later )
