I went to a meeting today with some hospital types, Im filling in on a committee working on nutrition standards policy. This was my second meeting and they are a lovely group of people, and they really do seem to be working hard at making the patients experience the best that they can. They are very much aware of and working at fixing lots of the things that go wrong in the day-to-day life of the hospital. I think sometimes we see a bit of a one-sided view of health professionals - not responding to the latest science etc - so I just thought I would send this out into the blogosphere. And Ill also say a big thanks to all the health care professionals out there who look after us when we need them.
