I will say a couple of more things about the situation. No anger. Just facts. Im sorry about how I reacted. I truly felt attacked and betrayed. I imagined ZGB crumbling and my daughter not having enough to eat. But I really want to move on positively. That said, lets clear up the statuses that made me and you guys upset. Status 1. He said we dont care about the fans and or their suggestions and we only care about the money. Weve proved time and time again that we have changed the show and do the show based on fan suggestions because we care, but lets pretend for a moment that all we care about is the money. Well, if the fans arent happy, there is no growth, and no views, therefore no money. Even if we were doing this strictly because of the money, we would still have to listen and care about the fans. Otherwise, the channel wouldnt be alive today, and we wouldnt be able to continue to succeed. Status 2. He said we were starting the Non Profit in order to funnel money into ZGB Studios in order to gain money doing nothing. Charles was never involved in the Patreon project, let alone the creation of the NPO. If he had been, he would have known that what he is accusing us of wanting to do is illegal, and we would not be able to start an NPO and run it like he claims without going to jail. There is a lot of red tape involved in starting an NPO. Sure, there will be synergy between the NPO and ZGB Studios, but the fact of the matter is we have to prove to the government and the directors of the NPO (who are not ZGB related) that we are doing the good that we claimed we were going to do with the funds donated. We are starting the NPO to help kids. Will it help ZGB Studios? We certainly hope so. At the very least it will soften our violent brand and get us invited to more things. Are we about to do something almost impossibly illegal and jeopardize our years of work and hundreds of thousands of dollars that we have invested and reinvested into the company. Not at all. Status 3. He said I texted him and told him I was going to eff him up. I sure did! I was super pissed.
