I worked for ((YEARS)) trying to sculpt & strengthen my abs...countless sit-ups that got me nowhere! It wasnt until I followed these TWO rules that I finally saw results...FINALLY!! 1. Watch what you put in yer face!! Abs are made in the kitchen! Clean eating is KEY to fab abs...I cannot stress that enough! 2. Mix up your routine, crunches wont do it! Try these moves for 30-60 secs each, 2-3 rounds. Oh and why NOT add in a few bootie busting jump squats...just for fun! ❤️
