I would like to thank you for the magnificent work you are doing on keeping us informed!!! The more I read the more I feel confident of having made the right choice not vaccinating my 20-month-old daughter. I however have an moral dilemma and would like your input about it. I have often donated money to UNICEF whose work I have been admiring in the years prior to my being informed on the danger of vaccinations. UNICEF is one of the leading organizations promoting vaccinations in the developing world. How am I to think of vaccinations in developing countries? My guess is that if vaccines are either ineffective or harmful or both, and that this is true for every child in every part of the world. Or are we to think any differently of diseases and vaccinations in the developing countries? I.
