I would like to use this short list as a guideline in my 2014 crew recruiting and those returning to the crew made aware of the bias I have for those without their own dreams to fulfill. Quality life/work experiences include hard work and consistent attention to personal development. The question I pose every morning for myself is : How will I be a better Spike today eh? Every new day provides a new answer as the opportunity of new day is a gift and never to be taken for granted.
