I would usually avoid front squats coz I just dont like the thought of them but when theyre programmed you gotta obey (and it turns out I actually quite like them!). As this is week 1 of this programme Im only working to 60% of my 1RM today which felt pretty good. After going out too hard and fast post Comp chasing my lost strength, I left myself with an unhappy back for 6 weeks... So this time Im playing the game properly and not rushing my progress. My Glutes are already telling me Im gonna have some mobility to work on tmrw so thats a good sign.
