IGAD: A Conduit for saving terror/dictator regimes through its Regional wars and Cold war II strategy now exposed! Information has leaked out from East Africa that more Ugandan troops will be deployed in South Sudan through IGAD forces as IGAD forces to capture Malakal. That big disagreement has taken place among the IGAD troops because the decision was taken by Museveni, Uhuru and Salva Kiir after they met secretly in Addis. That Kiir told the two that he is completely defeated by Riek Machar but he is not interested in peace talks nor stepping aside but must fight Machar through regional forces. Ethiopia, Sudan and Burundi have disagreed, saying the intention was not like that but Kiir to step down and allow interim govt that will unite South Sudanese communities. Now Museveni is convincing Rwanda to join them and strongly stand with them so that they will be many in forces in South Sudan and if anything, they will fight against Riek Machars forces, Ethiopia, Sudan and Burundi. The Burundian President stated he wont send his troops to South Sudan unless on a clear mandate and not the Ugandas plan of fighting one side to the conflict. Our aim is not to kill and divide South Sudanese further as Uganda would want us to believe He stated. That annoyed Museveni and Kiir and that Museveni was said to look angrily at Burundian President. The IGAD remains in dead lock and Sudan has said that if Uganda comes in, through IGAD again, they would not allow what happened in Congo and it means that South Sudan has chosen destruction of its territory. we will not support any side but if Juba has chosen to destroy itself as it has been doing over the last three months by deploying UPDF and Sudanese mercenaries, then this time, we will be forced by necessity to defend Sudanese interests especially their borders with South Sudan Bashir said. In a separate statement from Asmara, the Eritrean President was said to have remarked in reaction to the IGAD plan to deploy the troops, saying; Stupidity and ignorance of President Musevenis evil plans to destabilize the region, has brought Juba down and will destroy the lives of South Sudanese people for the next five years or more It is now clear that IGAD agenda of smartly deploying UPDF has been exposed.
