Staring not long after 10.30 this competition ran along side the team event so riders could jump in the team event and directly after go and compete in the individual event without the hassel of untacking horses if they didn’t want to have a break!! Although there were some mishaps with wrong courses and a couple of unseated riders the overall winners all had clear rounds in very fast times!! The course was not exceptional big but took skill to ensure to leave all show jumping up and a run through the water with some banks to contend with ensured the riders had to keep an eye on their lines and take required short cuts to gain added speed. The winner however was Meadbh Brassil from New brige in 48.45 followed by Caoimhe Sweeney New bridge 49.16, 3rd Laura Finnerty St Gerards 51.06, 4th mark Finnerty St Gerards 51.47 , 5th Alannah Murphy 54.35 and 6th Sadbh Whitty loreto Wexford 57.10 – all clear!!
