It is directed by Ravi Kumar and features Martin Sheen, Mischa Barton, Kal Penn, Rajpal Yadav, Tannishtha Chatterjee, and Fagun Thakrar in important roles. Four of the actors (listed below) will share their insights and interact with the audience on their roles in the movie and discuss the significance of `Bhopal in the current socio-economic context of India. Profiles of Panelists [Source: Wikipedia] Tannishtha Chatterjee is best known in the West for her performance in the British film Brick Lane (2007), the film adaptation of Monica Alis best selling novel of the same name. She was nominated for the British Independent Film Awardsas the best actress for Brick Lane. Her other roles have been in Academy Award-winning German director Florian Gallenbergers film, Shadows of Time, Road, Movie with Abhay Deol and Bibarfor which she won Best Actress at the 2006 Os ian Film Festival and the 2007 BFJA awards. Kal Penn is an American actor, producer, and civil servant. As an actor, he is known for his role portraying Dr. Lawrence Kutner on the television program House, as well as the character Kumar Patel in the Harold & Kumar film series. He plays the role of the journalist in the movie Bhopal: A Prayer for Rain. Ravi Walia is an established Indian cinematographer and producer who had worked in movies like Teesri Manzil, Amavas, Table No. 21, Bangkok Blues, Kyaa Super Kool Hain Hum, Murder 2, Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji, Right Yaaa Wrong, Accident On Hill Road, Raaz - The Mystery Continues, Nishabd, Cash, Darna Zaroori Hai, Tathastu, Fauj Mein Mauj, 90 Minutes, Allah Ke Banday, De Taali, Fight Club and Bhopal: A Prayer for Rain. Rajpal Yadav is an Indian film actor, known for his comedian roles in Hindi movies. Despite comedy being his main orientation, Yadav has had leading character roles in films like Main Madhuri Dixit Banna Chahti Hoon, Ladies Tailor, Rama Rama Kya Hai Drama, Hello! Hum Lallan Bol Rahe Hain, Kushti, Mirch,Main, Meri Patni Aur Woh and others.
