ISIS Incorporated: Annual Report of Metrics and Analytics The Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham (ISIS) is not simply your ‘..run of the mill..’ terrorist organization. They operate more like a Fortune 500 company, than a desert-born herd of misfits. Not only are they a structured unit on the battlefield, but this carries over to the board room. We recently obtained a copy of an annual report that ISIS produces which details everything from financial expenditures to the last round of spent ammunition.
