IThe body has to fight many negative effects from #stress, #anxiety, #depression and chronic conditions like #diabetes, one fundamental helper is adequate sleep. But many of us struggle to get a good nights sleep, or like me wouldnt know if I did or didnt. In wearable technology, the trend is #sleeptracking.
