Id like to share some workshop notes and reflections the Spirit has been ministering to me lately: Scale questions break tradition with the world. Grace and truth challenge our loyalty to the lie to dissolve those false oaths/wrong consistencies/familiar self referencing thought patterns. The awakening of grace ministers growth, but the testimony of death ministers decay. The nature of man welcomes the opportunity to fall back asleep. But scale questions help us to see the inclination as the sleep of death (progression in the wrong/isolated kingdom). The progression of iniquity must be arrested for decay to be reversed by life. The generations of iniquitous thought patterns are neutered in favor of fruitful reflection of Christ. Truth is the only sword that separates us unto life. To a wild horse the fence is seen as an offence but to the trained horse it is protection and nourishment. So also to the carnal mind (absent of reflection) the terms of the covenant seem offensive but the renewed mind trained/molded thru discernment (obedience to the yoke of Christ) sees the protective nature of those boundaries and looks forward to the nourishment received therein for the rejoicing of faith and enlarging of the heart with the understanding of Christ. Discernment shifts our perspective from self to Gods throne changing our expectation, freeing us to meet Gods expectation: the liberty of the Spirit. Satan seeks to establish himself as a false authority by self questions, referencing issues of the flesh for a standard of equity rather than peace with God by his mirrored tokens and foundation (12 elements), but discernment breaks the delusion and tethers us back to our true origin to overcome the rhythm of death in the flesh by the rhythm of life in Government, Truth, and Spirit... Jesus Christ. Even as the outward man perishes, the inward man is renewed day by day (from grace to grace unbroken: Gods consistencies). Though we all feel the press of need and suffer the presence of death, by reflection, death does not gain entrance into our conscience and we overcome Satans testimony (the perspective of our first birth) by the resurrection power of Jesus Christ in the inner man. Jesus Christ does not substitute us but co-labors with us. He is our propitiation. Draw close when He is near. Christ is the master of grace; not us. We cannot carry grace from one moment to another by projection of the imagination (procrastination). This is why we reflect, to mold with that grace in the moment of challenge to gain that understanding and mark it to return to (rehearse) for building in fellowship with God. Not to reduce ones loss/lessen suffering but to gain the substance of Christs reflection for building/stewardship of Gods kingdom. Here do we overcome by these touchstones of the prophetic path for continued progression. Truth is the foundation which does not change and the learning experience that does not end. The growth of Gods kingdom is perpetual so also the steps of our sanctification do not end. By discernment, God gives us eyes to identify which wisdom/spirit is trying to take ownership of knowledge and allows us to choose which spirit to obey, the one who takes ownership for self or the one who makes us responsible to love (gain and reciprocate) Jesus Christ. Suffering is the common experience of frailty but grace is the greater bond not built by nature but by discernment, our co-labor with the yoke of Christ that brings us into the experience of fellowship with God to reason and agree with Him as the greater record and witness. Discernment/reflection looks forward to our fellowship with God, molding our expectation with Gods consistencies rather than our own (the rhythm of the flesh/carnal mind). Knowing the Lord in this fellowship of obedience continues to shift our confidence to Him, this learning process of grace and suffering continues on and transforms us so we now look forward to this fellowship again and again by this daily preparation (plan). Faith does not seek to escape/lessen contradiction but to gain Christ to build for God by rehearsing his judgments and reciprocating the understanding He rewards our labor of faith with. God identifies Himself as the true power and wisdom of expression and expects us to mirror his judgment (righteousness) so He can reward us with more of Himself but Satans self questions suggest otherwise to clog the conscience with justifications of the flesh to replace charity with defilement (replace Christ with self: what are you rehearsing), directing us to define reality by our need/vulnerability and to distrust God based on lack/loss and the ability (or lack thereof) to see to the end. To predict outcome is the appetite of the intellect (the eye of the flesh), a natural appetite of man that is a barrier to faith but scale questions assists us to identify and arrest that familiar lure of iniquity in the moment of challenge. The conscience was not created to be ruled by instinct, but by the cognitive choice of submission to the revelation knowledge of Jesus Christ by which the throat of the conscience remains pure/open and the soul, the body of Christ, and the kingdom of God grow by the free exchange of his sanctified tokens. The just shall live by faith. Even in ignorance, the sinner learns that when someone tries to set order to another mans house (even with good intentions) it is oppressive to the true owner of the house because one mans standard of good is not the same as anothers, but in the absence of grace, the sinner does not know that the owner of every mans house (soul) is Jesus Christ, his standard of good is greater than Adams, and He only makes his terms known thru his sanctified stewardship, so for man to try to set order to his own house (not just another persons) by his own scale (such as need) is to oppress Jesus Christ, to replace Him with an image of self on the throne of the heart, by rejecting the terms of his covenant He provides for our walk with Him. Gods will is our sanctification. For two to walk together they must be in agreement. The terms of the 2nd covenant (the blood of Christ) bring us into agreement with God, making the understanding to blossom for sharing for mutual growth of the soul, the body of Christ, and the kingdom of God by the bonds of charity.
