Ideas or encouragement for this struggling reader? Hello, I would like to get some input on suggestions to help manage mental health issues naturally with herbs, spices, etc. Currently I cant take what is being prescribed due to a stomach ulcer, gastritis, and other gastric issues they are still trying to resolve. When I take my medication it either causes horrible stomach cramping for hours or I end up throwing up multiple times. I saw an article (which I cant find now) about turmeric(sp) being helpful with bipolar disorder. I have bipolar, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, and I struggle with self harm. At this moment I am stable, but without my meds I struggle most of the time. I also would just prefer a more natural way of dealing with these issues rather than to have to keep taking the scripts which side effects are far worse than their effectiveness. At this time I am suppose to take 12 different pills a day! Most of the time I dont feel they are helping much, if at all. I dont like the idea of having to continue to dump all of this into my body. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
