What did the PM know about his office’s original plan for dealing with Mike Duffy’s expenses ? How did the PM believe the Duffy situation was resolved ? Was the PMO acting improperly when it meddled in the Senate investigation and the Deloitte audit ? Why were the people involved not all fired when the whole plan became known ? Why were Nigel Wright and other senior CPCs, so worried about what Deloitte or the Senate sub-committee might find in Duffys personal files ? What elements of the negotiations between PMO and Duffy never made it into writing ? What was the deal with that $60K in unrelated legal fees that CPC Senator Gerstein suggested Wright file a claim for reimbursement ?
