If a couples children are apprehended( not at birth and not due to abuse ) and the grandparents had the children as kinship placement and the parents eventually signed full custody to the grandparents... So cas closed the file and the file has now been closed for nearly a year... The parents still get regular unsupervised visits and overnights with the kids and there is NO cas involvment what so ever... Can the parents have another baby and it not be apprehended at birth?
