If every veteran with PTSD who commits suicide got the same media attention as actors who do, maybe then our heros would get the care they need. If every retired LEO living with decades of of stress who commits suicide got as much attention as actors who do, maybe those who keep our streets safe would get the respect they deserve. If every defender and promoter of the Constitution who commits suicide got as much attention as actors who do, maybe people would wake up and defend the Constitution as well. OK. Chastise me now for not mourning the suicide of a has been actor who was turning increasingly political and instead, reflecting on the death of so many heros, defenders and patriots.
