If the beginning of the day is any indication, we may be in for a bumpy ride. 67 degrees. A little muggy,but not bad. Broken down pick-up truck 10.7 mile marker I-71s. Right side. Flashers on. Broken down car 9.2 mile marker I-71s. Right side. Flashers on,however left rear blinker is out, so it appears to be a turn signal. I was second in line leaving a traffic light headed down Torrence. The car in front got in the left hand lane and slowed, as I started to go around them, they cut over in front of me. With my lightning quick speed and cat-like reflexes, I took evasive action and got around them on the left hand side. As soon as I passed them(barely), they came back over in the left hand lane. When we got to the light at the bottom of the hill, they wouldnt pull up alongside of me. Knowing they couldnt use the I didnt see you excuse, since my indicator lights,headlights, and fog lights are always on and in working order.
