If the leadership all over the world is like the leadership in south Sudan then its better not to become a leader. i think 80 percent of the leaders in the national government dont know why they are holding those nice offices with lots of flat screens.For example Ministry of electricity and dams is too weak and non performing that is why we keep living in darkness like cockroaches, Ministry of interior established or registered so many clearing agencies and hence promoting corruption and prolonging clearance at the border. Ministry of Transport and Roads is not doing enough because most roads are not passable, central equatoria cant be link to other states and other states are not fully interconnected due to poor roads. Mention other ministries. In my personal point of view,The government is found of allocating lots of operational budget than budget for services delivery and this result to poor service delivery. The Taxes payers money is being wasted and i assume that when one complains you will be arrested(Arbitrary arrest) without trial within 48 hours. We as south Sudanese whether a leader or not should really understand that many foreign organizations keeps of sending us donations and conduct capacity building to us in governance, youth and women, political parties etc but still after doing this you wont better off improve,, please take these training given to you by these organizations too serious because they can help us build a prosperous nation. Am a concern citizen-I was waiting to see services delivery in last 09 years but up to now we lagging behind like buttocks that is why we have a darkest city at night in the world, the dirtiest,dusty streets and roads and one of the fail state in the world.
