If you have a problem admitting that red ed is a cats paw of the unions, consider this: UNDER LABOUR PARTY RULES The trade unions are, quite rightly, permitted to recommend a candidate to their members to support, as long as it is not in the same communication which contains the ballot paper. In the run up to the leadership election, both GMB and UNITE, included both a bllot paper, and promotional material for their preferred candidate, Ed Milliband, IN THE SAME ENVELOPE. And, shock horror, who won? There are none so blind, as those who will not see.
