If you want to thank a veteran for their service, dont use your words, use your wallet and stand up for the beliefs they fought for: freedom of speech, freedom of movement, freedom of religious and political views. Every time you buy Made in China youre supporting a communist government that uses child labor, prison labor, unfair trade practices, currency manipulation, no environmental protection in manufacturing, no workers rights, no individual freedom outside the State. Probably more than 70% of the items in your home are made in China. Frozen fish, dog food, cell phones, appliances, airline engines, computers, clothing, furniture; it has all moved from American manufacturing to the shores of China for the sake of greater profits. Would our grandparents have shopped at Hitler Mart and knowing supported fascism? Yet we sacrifice principal for convenience and luxury while a communist government grows in wealth and a military build up greater in the last decade than seen since WWII. Dont defeat America by buying Chinese. The Chinese worker doesnt profit from increased sales. They are only worked harder for an very increasing profit to the central government. You cant avoid all of it, but every little bit matters. Bring jobs back to America and stop blaming the Mexicans. We gave more jobs to China than the Mexicans have ever taken domestically. We fought for freedom and the American right of the pursuit of happiness. My uniform didnt adorn a red star. Neither should your dollar.
