Casie says - I am 30 years old mother of 3. I have always been big just never really considered myself over weight. In Dec 2012 I lost my 27 month old and the eating got out of control. I took 7 months off work and my body just wasnt use to sitting around not doing anything. I started Plexus Thanksgiving 2013. I was 250+ lbs and extremely tired all the time. My shoulder that I messed up in 2006 hurt everyday. When I started Plexus I wasnt sure how it was going to work I just knew I needed to do something. I was a size 22 pants and an XXL shirt. The picture on the left is one of very few pics that exists of my full body like that. Christmas Day I took a picture with my family and I put them side by side and told my husband I look a little smaller. He said you have lost weight. So the next day I weighed and I was 30lbs less!!! I went and bought me some pants and they were a size 12!!!! I added the probio5 and the cleanse in January. As of today I am down 90lbs and to a size 8 and a small/medium shirt. The dress on the right is a SMALL!!! My shoulder hasnt hurt in over 3 months and I just feel better.
