If your mind isn’t clouded with unnecessary things, plan on having one of the best workouts of your life Tony Callen – Cal Fitness Febuary 2014 Now that were all a month into the year, it’s more crucial that we stick to our long and short term goals and expectations. We are all on the same team and it’s proven with the actions we see and hear in the gym. We have such a great mix of classes, equipment, and instructors to accomplish our fitness goals and reach optimal health. We have done our best, and believe we have succeeded, putting together a weekly schedule of classes to achieve a full body workout mentally and physically. Now it’s time to create and visualize in the mind what it is you want and make it happen. The mind is everything, what you think, you become New Members: -Please Welcome these New Members to CALS! Remember we were all in their shoes at one time, please make them feel welcome and help them become comfortable with CALS way. - Lisa Blackburn – Tammy Tetzlaff – Elizabeth Schulz – Julie Zimdars – Kelli Douville – Melinda Feucht – Chelsea Wienkowski – Faye Greuel ***WE NEED A VOIDED CHECK FROM ALL CLIENTELE, EXISTING CLIENTS AND NEW CLIENTS ASAP*** Febuary Events: BINGO IS HERE 1. Pick through the pile of cards, find one that works for you. 2. Sign and date the card to start playing. Keep the Card with you during the month. If you lose it, you will need to start over with a brand new card. 3. At the end of class ask the instructor to sign or initial your completed square. If you have a specific exercise challenge space to complete, just ask the instructor to time you and witness your accomplishment of that task. You are allowed to complete multiple tasks each day. 4. Blackout your card to win. Note: Some cards have only classes listed, while other cards have classes and specific exercise challenges to complete. Find a card that you feel comfortable with. There are a lot of options to choose from. Make your personal goal to completely Blackout your card in the month of February. I know you can all do this. Im confident that everyone can! Think positive, act positive!!) DYNAMIC TRIO CLASS We have had positive feedback about this class and will continue it through February and March. Two more Dynamic Trio classes and then we will switch the structure of the class and then teach it for four weeks. This class is what completed the Cal gym and now we can offer the body pump feeling with this new equipment. We have already seen mass improvement in the two weeks we have taught this class…. Improvements in your form, technique, control, and balance. Keep up the good work! THE CAL FITNESS DISCIPLINE CHALLENGE SATURDAY FEBRUARY 15TH FROM 9AM – 11AM Discipline is: Knowing what to do Knowing when to do it Doing it to the best of your abilities Doling it that way every single time DISCIPLINE IS NOT A DIRTY WORD This challenge will consist of 30 minutes of TRX… 30 minutes of kickboxing… 30 minutes of boot camp… a couple surprises here and there… ending with 15 minutes of a deep full body stretch. $10 for Cal clients - $15 for others – First 18 to register on website
