Ill be honest and candid, writing a book isnt coming that easy for me and its not a lack of talent. But a lack of motivation that almost seems like a lack of passion. When I first realized my love for writing it was due to writing short stories and things of that sort. But in high school and college my focus turned to poetry, spoken word to be exact. Now Im trying to balance the duality of poet and author. I think I need to remind myself at the root of it all, its writing and thats what I love to do.
