Ill do an intro I suppose. My own two dogs are not prone to exploding, freaking out, lunging, growling, snapping, having melt downs, and generally over-reacting but Im hoping to learn from others in order to potentially help clients with such dogs. I have two female Siberian huskies, Denali (white) I got from a great breeder as a puppy, Kaytu (red) from a rescue when she was a year and 8 months old. Kaytu was found as a stray, and though microchipped her owners never bothered to go get her. Their loss, and my incredible gain! They are the same age, both born Feb 2010. I also volunteer at the county shelter, and foster for the Humane Society, various rescues, and the shelter. Ive been drawn toward fostering older dogs.
