Im SO desperate! How do you get your kid to sleep??? London cat naps during the day, and doesnt sleep at night. Even when weve had a crazy busy, fun, non-stop day and she hardly naps at all, she just tosses and turns all night. Im not even joking when I say Im about to lose it. I mean, Im scaring myself because I need sleep so bad and Im having awful thoughts from the deprivation. We tried melatonin with zero results. Ive tried essential oils with zero results. Weve tried weighted blankets, changing her feeding schedule, changing the temperature in her room... I feel like Ive tried everything.
