Im a vaunted pop culture critic. So I listened to Britneys new album. Theres this track Passenger that I really liked. Until I read the lyrics and realized its primary metaphor (Britney speaks metaphor?) comparing giving up control in a relationship to letting someone else drive could also relate to the fact that she is prevented by the courts from making financial or legal decisions for herself. Now this song is gross. :(
