Im about done with my 30 day squat challeng...results YES! Definitely a visible change. Continuing to stick with daily squats for bigger results. Side note been taking 1000mg of the vitamin MSM per day, 3 weeks in notice my hair and nails noticeably growing faster. Also for brighter, softer skin consistently take omega 3s before bed along with at least 8 lg cups of cucumber water per day. These are things I have tried out and have had noticed the benefits so thought Id pass it on to you ladies :)
