Im at the Bar Park, 6 mile jog. Doing pull ups, chin ups, push ups, everything you can think of. Im listening to a personal development book. Its 1:00 in the morning. Tomorrow Im going to wake up sore, stronger, healthier, smarter, wiser. What are you doing? Asking who is up? Watching television shows that dont make you any better? Having pointless conversations? I dont mean to offend you. I mean to open your eyes and realize that time will fly you by before you know it. Do what you have to do to improve, because when you get better your life gets better. Working out actually makes your brain function better, in case you were wondering how me working out has to do with your life If its not something you like to do. It improves your Health, your moods, your cognitive skills. This is something I have to do and you should too. Become the best version of yourself each and everyday. Watch your life blossom in your most wonderful dreams.
