Im driving down my street and see a car pull over to drop a grocery bag of trash on the side of the road. When we got to the light I pulled beside, honked my horn and threw up my hands while shaking my head. The dudes laughed, stared straight ahead and started smoking some sheesha looking stuff. I get behind them, take the plate info and snap a pic at the next light. Then I call the police to see if they can get ticked or something. I find out that I can go into the station and file a report and they would get ticketed. I didnt have time for that so this time the dudes got off free. But let them run into Captainess Planet again and its on! After this expo, I want us to work on a major street cleaning mentality campaign. I admit my house might be junky but there is NO reason for the city to be dirty! Windy days are a terror!
