Im getting ready to participate in my first expo next weekend and am sitting here completely amazed at how much my life has changed in the past year. When I was introduced to Integrated Energy Therapy at a holistic health fair expo I was drawn in to the idea of taking the issues out of your tissues for good and the promise of connecting to my lifes purpose. It sounded too good to be true really. But here I am building a new life a little over a year after bringing IET into my world and I have no doubt, I am doing exactly what I was meant to do. Working with people to help them heal themselves has always been my thing, but energy therapy is by far the most fun Ive ever had! I am consistently amazed by its power and precision in getting to the root of the problem and helping us see exactly what we need to heal. Life is crazy and erratic and wild and heart wrenching and bliss filled all at the same time. Every day and every moment within that day offers a gift and a lesson to help us grow and sprout to our greatest potential. But sometimes we forget to look for the gifts and get stuck in the are you kidding mes?! Its all part of being human. Helping you get unstuck is one of my specialties.
