Im glad I had some extra video saved up! I didnt work out yesterday because I came down with a head cold and it was everything I could do to drive home and crawl into bed last night. But enough about me. Love using the stability ball for core work. So much to do. Starting off, I plank out and bring my knees toward my body. To hit the obliques, when you roll in bring both knees toward one elbow and alternate sides. For more advanced work, try a pike. Focus of squeezing your abs and using that force to lift your hips up. It looks a little Cirque du Soleil at first, but youll get there.
