Im going to go out on a limb & say this. There is only one building available in Jamestown that is of adequate size & proper zoning for the relocation of Gypsy Shack. They want $40,000 down to start the process of buying. It is NOT in legal leasable shape.. And they will not budge on their down payment price. Therefor I am looking at Sonora, Columbia, Soulsbyville, Tuolumne City & Calaveras county. After 5pm (sometimes 4p) there is absolutely nothing open, except dining & bars for locals and/or tourists to do. I have consistently provided ENTERTAINMENT for almost 3 solid years in Jamestown. NOT once a month, 3 times a year, or holidays only - BUT 2-5 events a WEEK!!!!! Just sayin! There are still a lot of Jamestown locals that do not even know Im here & I get A LOT of my business from other towns & counties, including the Bay Area & Central Valley. Wake Up JT people .. Help me out or Im preparing to bounce!
