Im looking for a part-time studio assistant for my pottery in Nelson County, Virginia. Work includes processing clay, cleaning the studio, sieving glazes, unloading the bisque kiln, and a lot of other similar jobs. Its hard work and I cant afford to pay much. (Start at minimum wage and up from there as we settle in together, but it will never be more than $10 per hour.) The number of hours varies slightly according to what needs to be done, but it is less than one full day per week. The positive aspects of the job are you can work on our own flexible schedule, and this is a friendly, beautiful place to work. Past studio assistants (who have tended to be home-schooled high schoolers) have enjoyed working here. If you know anyone who might want a part-time job like this, please share my contact information with them. nanrothwellpottery Thanks!
