Im not one for New Years Resolutions. It seems that people make them and break them easily, so they are not resolute. I make goals. This year, my goals are: Read at least 12 books this year (1 per month, not school books! I cannot remember when I read my last book!) Lose 50 lbs in a healthy way Manage stress Exercise daily, at the very least walk 20 minutes per day Meditate every day (mornings, preferably) Stretch every day Find new ways to network and grow my business To say Yes to more opportunities that fit for me To open up and be more vulnerable 2014 was kinda tough for me, I had really bad anxiety about life, death and anxiety for no reason, to the point where I was medicated for a short time (anyone who knows me knows I do not like to take medications! That is how much I was not thriving!) I hibernated most of this year, sticking close to home (except for going to Cancun) and not socializing or networking very much. A word that keeps coming to me through various ways is Thrive. So, I feel that I am not just meant to live, I am meant to Thrive! I feel very excited for this year!
