I do know that, if I were a terrorist, I would rather have a CIA officer threaten to shoot me or waterboard me than have Obama order a drone strike to kill me and my family--as he has done many times. So the posturing of the Left on this issue once again obfuscates rather than clarifies. Killing a terrorist to prevent terror attacks is legitimate policy, but threatening to shoot or drown a terrorist to prevent a terror attack is not? Really?
