Included in the program is free boxing cardio lessons if desired, its a great fun way to shred fat, get that six pack you always wanted, and learn the basic moves of boxing. The first session is free and each individual will receive a personal fitness assessment so we can formulate a workout plan that is just for you and will give you the results you want and the look you deserve.
