Im really struggling with ALL thats going on in our world today??? I am especially struggling with the situation in Gaza??? Seems that this is even dividing the Christian Church, as we post our thoughts, we are afraid of being labelled, one way or another...Someone posted a apt quote earlier..Empathy with Gaza does NOT mean I am either pro Hamas or anti Israel, which seems indeed to indicate that there is an atmosphere around that suggests we cannot be really Christian if we believe this or that in that very grave situation. Coming from Ulster we do not particularly like folks who sit on the fence Tell us what you believe!!! Heres what I believe...That EVERYONE OF US, including the Israelis, including the Palestinians, the Ukrainians, the Russians, (from my part of the world) the Protestants, the Catholics, the English and the Scots.............................. WE ALL need to seek the Lord, Who alone can change people and by the power of His Holy Spirit can then change situations, conflicts..hurts even the deepest and most hostile... As the Lord declared through another of Israels Prophet..... And I will give you a new heart, and a new spirit I will put within you. And I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. And I will put my Spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes and be careful to obey my rules. Ezekiel 36:26-27
