Im struck by the enrapturing beauty of creation - and Gods absolute JOY as he surveys it: Genesis 2:1-3 Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them. And on the seventh day God finished his work that he had done, and he rested on the seventh day from all his work that he had done. So God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it God rested from all his work that he had done in creation. What was the crown of Gods creation? It was not the creation of man but the provision of the Sabbath, not the commissioning of man to take up his tools and work for six days but his commission to lay them down and worship on the seventh day.
